Wow, I have stumbled through creation of a website! This started as a desire to create an organized and searchable location for trip reports and associated photos. I guess the next step is deciding where to start.
Our Trips Master List has over 100 trips to document. Should we start with the first trip that will require scanning photos from pre-digital days? How about the trip that spawned our “50 states by age 50” goal? Maybe something more recent that has some digital content.
Since we are just getting started, I’ll research solutions for a few desired features and layout changes within the site settings; we’re open to feedback on the look and feel.
Right now, the travel stories will be in the form of Pages and not blog posts, since we don’t plan any particular sequence. We’ll see how that evolves.
